I've officially finished my portfolio. This is a huuuuuge burden off my back, and it feels good to not be drawing bones and skinless people.

The twenty-four images (twelve for Breadth and twelve for Concentration) have been submitted digitally, and the five original works have been sent off to Illinois or wherever to get judged.  According to Mrs. B, the score should get back to us sometime in July... and I'm hoping for a five. She says I've got a chance at a six, but I really don't know if I'm THAT amazing. We'll see.

My next project is to work on my character sheet and audition for . I've still got a month to get things done, but I've hardly even started so it would be a really bad idea to procrastinate.

...But... It'll probably happen anyway. XD




For all of the deviants who've recently added me to their watch, I have to thank you! Call me lazy, but I've got a LOT of activity messages that I don't want to respond to individually. So, here's a shout out to my lovely new watchers, ~smazuga, ~bored-limp, ~crayon-munchers, and ~stavart03! Thanks, guys! I hope you continue to stick around in spite of the inevitable lazy streak that is currently smushing my creativity. XD Really, though. I love making fraaanddzzz.

On a second note, I've rediscovered how wonderfully addicting Castlevania: Curse of Darkness is. You guys might not see me for a few days. Or maybe you will. It all depends on how frustrated I get with the game because I'm playing on Crazy mode and my adorable golem keeps getting killed by cockatrices. And that certainly doesn't help Hector at all. X'D *doesn't dare confront the second boss because I think it's that giant dragon that will kill my golem in one hit and then annihilate me with fire*




Well, that's about all I have to say. For those of you I've promised drawings, expect them to get done sometime over the summer. XD BUT YOU SHOULD ALL REMIND ME because I really don't remember who I've promised what. >.>
